Br227 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using br227's services. By registering or accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the br227 platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use the br227 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and br227 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms is deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
The br227 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. br227 reserves the right to terminate access to any account that does not comply with this requirement.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the br227 platform. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, and up to date. br227 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time and to request supporting documents such as a copy of your identification card or other relevant documents. Failure to provide accurate information may result in account suspension or closure.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, please contact the br227 support team immediately at [email protected].
- Use a strong password that combines uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
- Do not share your login details with anyone.
- Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.
- Enable two-factor authentication where available for added protection.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a br227 platform user, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent, deceptive, or financially dishonest activity.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to platform systems or data.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Performing any action that could compromise the security or integrity of the br227 platform.
- Sharing or distributing content that violates the law, copyright, or another person's right to privacy.
- Using another person's account or attempting to impersonate another user.
Br227 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the br227 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include internet banking via major Malaysian banks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, and GrabPay. br227 is not responsible for any additional fees charged by third-party payment service providers.
Successful deposits are credited to your account within the timeframe specified by your chosen payment method. For withdrawals, you are required to complete the identity verification process beforehand. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to br227's current policies, which may change from time to time.
Br227 reserves the right to hold or delay any transaction suspected of involving fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of the terms of use. In such cases, br227 may request additional verification documents before processing any transaction.
Any transaction disputes must be reported to the br227 support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes raised after this period may not be resolvable.
Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
The br227 platform, its content, logo, interface design, software, and all related materials are the exclusive property of br227 and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any part of the platform's content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from br227.
Br227 does not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption or free from technical errors. br227 shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to data loss, financial loss, or business disruption.
The br227 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. br227 has no control over the content of those third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Accessing any third-party website is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Policy – Suspension & Closure
Br227 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or at br227's absolute discretion for operational or security reasons. Users whose accounts are closed due to a terms violation are not entitled to claim any compensation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the br227 support team. Any valid balance remaining in the account will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the established procedures, subject to the relevant terms and conditions.
Amendments to Terms & Governing Law
Br227 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Such amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
Your continued use of the br227 platform after any amended terms are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amendments, you are advised to stop using the platform and close your account.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the br227 platform shall be resolved through a mutually agreed process, and if unresolved, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
